| Course Objective | After successfully completing this training module, the student will be able to demonstrate his knowledge of the California technical regulations, administrative regulations and labor codes applicable to permanent amusement rides. |
| Course Description | Through the California Labor Code, the "Permanent Amusement Rides Administrative Regulations" and the "Amusement Ride Safety Orders" (technical regulations) the California Legislature established programs to regulate amusement rides operating in California. Covered in this module are the regulations that were adopted specifically for permanent amusement rides. The trainee should download and/or review the items in the module. When the trainee feels comfortable with the content of these documents and tutorials, he should return to this website and take the short quiz. After successful completion of the quiz (minimum score of 80%), the trainee will receive a completion certificate that will serve as the only verification of completion of this module. |
